Picked out an exterior door 15 minutes to close. The wheel on the dolly I had it on broke and an associate told me to wait in line while he got another. Self checkout took 10 minutes. They wheeled the door outside while I pulled my truck up. As I approached the building, they saw me, so went inside and locked up their exit . When I went to load the door, I saw the associate had replaced the door I picked out with one of the wrong size. The entrance was closed as well, even though I saw the manager lock it and he saw me knocking. Nobody let me in and nobody answered the phone either. Major hassle the next day. Make sure you triple check anything an associate does or says to ensure the product or info is legit
