Sur La Table

Just spoke with Jessica from Sur La Table about the fact that my children and their friends are repeat customers who've taken many classes at Sur la Table over the past couple of years. Despite this fact, she's refusing to allow two of the tweens entry into a teen class which would allow my children and their 4 friends to participate in a week-long class together, rather than forcing us to drop off 3 of the girls for one class, then drive back two hours later to drop off the remaining 3 girls for the very same class just with slightly older, but most likely less skilled, participants. When I tried to explain to the very much interrupting-loving Jessica the fact that the three girls that miss the age cut off are probably much more adept than older girls who've never taken knife skills or culinary classes before, she told me that the problem was my lack of understanding of their rules. When I asked her to explain the rules to me so that I would be able to grasp the reasoning behind their rules, she merely repeated back what she had just robotically said. Got it, Jessica, you just lost $1500.
