James has never been rude or missed an appointment with me, or with anyone I have referred him to in over 4yrs! The last reviewer must be a real tool, or who would be so anal as to slander? Never late, rude, inconsistent or anything other than professional but I know some customers can simply be nasty and not worth the risk. Just look at all the other 'bad' reviews, because there aren't any! Oh and I told James about this review and James turned this loser down many months ago.

Scheduled a service appointment with James and everything was good to go when I got off the phone with him. When I called the next day to confirm they were on schedule, James told me he didn't want my business and promptly hung up on me. Very unprofessional and inconsistent!
