Next Step Physical Therapy

I gave a judge's decision to the office last week. It stated the my physical therapy was approved. It is now Tuesday April 3rd. I was told that i was going to have to wait until tomorrow for the person that handles Workers Compensation cases to come in to take care of my paperwork. I asked what happens if she dies. Do I have to wait for them to hire another person? This is not the way to run an office. I gave them one star only because it would not let me post this. They get no stars from me.
