Now that I signed a lease renewal for my second year, I can only speak highly of the staff. From the leasing office; Carrie, Vanessa, Michael, and Melanie, to the maintenance staff; Rod, Phil, and a newbie Lou . Everyone treats the residents with the utmost respect. Now that the weather has finally decided to get a bit warmer, I placed a call to have my A/C, Heat system turned over to A/C for the cooling season, Rod and Lou arrived within 2 hours of my call. I did say no rush. But these two showed up with a smile and did what was necessary. Thanks to Rod, Lou and the entire staff at Avalon Westbury
