My package, which cost me $78 dollars was lost for a week in Mississippi when it should have been in Houston TX. I called the 800 number to request a refund and was told to call my store directly. When I did this, the man was very rude and told me I needed to bring in paperwork. I asked what paperwork and offered my confirmation number. He replied angrily, I have people all over my counter here, can you call me back later!? Their company made a mistake and I felt as though I was bothering them.
Went into the store today to resend the same package and they were very nice. They resent the package at no additional cost. Maybe they just don't like phones
