Very dissatisfied with Allstate. After almost 20 years of being a loyal customer, I received a non-renewal notice for one legitimate claim that occurred 2 years ago and one catastrophic event last year that was an act of God. They renewed me last year after both claims had been filed. Not sure what happened this year. Barbara herself made it very difficult for me to get insurance elsewhere. She did finally provide me (after days of phone inquiries and a visit to her office) with the very short note I needed stating that the second claim was weather related, but not until 2.5 hours before my insurance expired. You are not in good hands with Allstate or this agency.
