I went to Liberty Tax 3 years in row. Each year my taxes were done by a different employee. I went there because I thought they would be better than H&R Block. When you go to liberty you have to fill out a stack of paperwork on a clipboard when you walk in. This year I went to liberty and was greeted by Rob, someone I had never seen before. I filled out my stack of paperwork and sat down with Rob. His attitude sucked. He said He couldn't do my taxes without a certain document. OK I got up and walked out. I remembered that I was audited by NY state the year before and did not want to get audited again because of Liberty. I went to H&R Block in the village and was greeted by Janette. She did my taxes in 2008 and was still at H&R Block. And guess what, I didn't have to fill out a stack of paperwork on a clipboard, she types your info for you. Avoid Liberty unless you want to deal with strangers doing your taxes or get audited for no reason.
