John was very great every step of the way! He was not pushy, he was knowledgable and patient with me as I decided if I wanted the Audi he had in his inventory. The vehicle had some miles on it, but the body was in great shape. John even went so far as to replace some of the parts that I was concerned about. I was concerned that I had to put my deposit down before I could test drive the vehicle, but it's now been 2 months, and the vehicle has been great! Thanks for the help, John!
