I had tried to unplug the toilet without success. I called RotoRooter around 5:30. Jennifer said we would be seen between 7-9pm. She then called around 6pm and said we were next on the list. Perfect. Darrick arrived shortly and fixed the toilet. He had some good suggestions, and informed us about water mitigation, etc. We are not in need of that service, but grateful for the information. Very happy with our service.
