I ordered a Bernhardt dresser from this company 10 weeks ago as they offered a slightly better price than I would have gotten had I gone through a local furniture store. I will never order an expensive piece of furniture online again, as I have now had to deal with the constant headache of making sure I get my furniture. I was told that it might take 4-8 weeks to receive my furniture, but it has now been 10 weeks, and it seems like I am no closer to getting this dresser than I was on day 1. I have been told by someone at BR&F for more than 3 weeks that my furniture was "being shipped" or "on the truck." I am fairly certain I have been lied to repeatedly, and Im not totally convinced that BR&F isn't a completely made up company. BR&F claims that Bernhardt is the reason for the delay, but as the seller, BR&F should either make every effort to ensure that Bernhardt is delivering furniture in a timely manner OR they should stop doing business with Bernhardt to keep their customers happy. BR&F charges your credit card the day you order something rather than waiting until the piece ships like most reputable companies. I will update this review if I ever receive my furniture.
