Heavenly Flowers Too LCC

I was told they needed a half hour to get my arrangement together, so I said that's fine, I have some errands to run, I'll pay now and I'll be back in a few hours. 2 and a half hours later, the order still wasn't ready, and I stood in the storefront for around 20 minutes while I waited for it to be completed. Then, when I was handed the flowers, I discovered that they covered them in some sort of spray glue and what looked like glitter, as well as some really artificial smelling fragrance (might've been the glue, not sure). The place looks nice on the inside but the product and attention to detail is extremely low class.
