I the phone rep was So BAD I couldn't even get an appointment scheduled. They wanted to charge me for services beyond what was covered by my warranty. The rep was rude- and then hung up on me. I called the office then next day and spoke with the office mgr- who "knew of" my conversation. She did not help--- I then told her about this Google reviews- how bad her company rated- She said not to believe it, she services thousands of customers, without complaints. I WOULD NOT recommend this company.
