Very small but clean and well maintaimed green space in downtown Syracuse. Fine for sitting and eating lunch on.a nice day. No shelter however. Seating is a design comcept built into the landscaping, very.nice idea. Next to parking lot and at intersection, so not quiet, but nice and clean.
