Staff was very rude and unprofessional And could care less about keeping appointments with clients I had a 10 am appointment and got there 10 minutes early after work from Jamaica queens just to arrive and be forced to wait When I complained about being handled so badly after taking time to come in after work I was told I should always expect a long wait even with an appointment even though I was the only client in the place Then I was told to be grateful for this opportunity like I'm some desperate junkie begging for service This woman called me to come here today 01/25/17 at 10am The worker I came to see was there I was told since 8 am but didn't see me until 10:40 and when she did see me she came with a nasty attitude that eventually caused me and husband to feel discriminated against Wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy Update 01/27/17 My case worker called me and told me the woman who works here is a homophobe and that's why she gave us such a hard time This place has not heard the last of me and my husband
