Mount Sinai St. Luke's

I've only been to the ER, but that was enough for me to avoid this place. Absolutely non caring environment. No one introduces themselves except the doctors. The doctors are the reason I gave 2 stars. The station was directly in front of us, but evidently the staff must be hearing impaired. No way to buzz them either. When they decide to get up and check on you, they're generally rude. Mt. Sinai should be ashamed to host such a miserable facility. I can't recommend or discredit the other services this facility provides.
