Updated to say billing was very prompt in issuing a refund. Dr. Ostrov was very friendly and personable. Review is for the office staff and similar to other reviews. They didn’t seem to call my insurance company to verify benefits, so even though an annual exam is covered at 100%, I was charged a copay. I’m hoping the billing department is quick to issue a refund, for which I will update my review.
