Office of Pupil Transportation

I wish I had a no star option. From a personal experience I do not believe this office is capable of accomplishing anything like solving problems/ preventing problems. I wonder do they really care about our kids. I called many times to complain about the L&M bus company, and I followed up, and even called pupil transportation office when they did not call me back to follow up, nothing happened. They did not fix anything, prevent anything, or do anything. Are you ever going to do anything for the kids, or just listen and take notes and then do nothing?
