They don't take appointments. Not sure what I was expecting but I got there 30 min before closing and the place is packed. There were 9 families ahead of me and 3 people working. They worked through line and I was done with one minute to spare. Make sure you bring a checkbook. NOT CREDIT CARDs and don't be the moron didn't know they needed to bring a birth certificate.
