Your experience at this place will totally depend on who is at the counter. When I dropped off my dry cleaning -a pea coat and a suit - I asked for a price quote, and was quoted $30 for both. I also said I had a coupon for $3 off a coat, and they said no problem just bring it back in when you pick it up.
Fast forward two days later, and I'm picking up my dry cleaning, and they quote me $37, and won't honor the coupon because it was "last month's coupon" even though it was still up on their website and I was able to bring it up on my smart phone right then (and no one told me when I brought in my coat that the coupon was for the month prior). When I complained, the woman who was there told me she would discuss it with her boss and there *might* be a $3 credit on my account when I come back. Um - that doesn't help me now! You should be honoring the coupons you have on your website, that's the whole reason I brought the coat in! So all in all, I was overcharged $10 and they wouldn't remedy it.
Then I got my dry cleaning home - the coat looked alright, but the suit looked like something I could have done myself. There was no crease down the front of the pants, and there was hair on the suit. I also like to get my suits dry cleaned so the collar and back look smooth and sharp, and they really looked like I could have ironed them myself. Needless to say, I won't be back.
