I never leave bad reviews but Empire really took me for a ride. We had Diane as our sales rep and after we finalized the sale, she ignored every single message I sent her. Awful customer service. Late installation. Left my entire home a mess. I even cancelled my carpet installation on the final day when the installers were over 2 hours late and kept telling me they would be there in 20 minutes. I definitely recommend spending your money elsewhere.
