U-Haul Moving & Storage of Parkslope

Staff is very unhelpful. They can't find keys to trucks and total miscommunication. You'll be waiting for quite a while if it's busy. I waited nearly an hour on line and when I got to the desk and filled out the paperwork had to wait another half hour for them to find the keys to the truck. At that point I just wanted a refund.
