I don’t know were to start despite renting the truck weeks ago and doing multiple confirmations I got a panic call Friday afternoon that my truck was not available After much conversation they arrange for me to pick up a larger truck at no extra cost which was part of the original agreement When I get there my car trailer is parked at and awkward angle in a TIGHT SPOT and while I did not expect them to valet it they were not even willing to spot me to back up to the trailer
