If you want Hermes to answer their phones, call this place. The UES is so swamped by "wannabees" calling about buying belts (those people who think this is a status symbol... meanwhile their pants are sagging) or wondering if they can ever get into the waitlist for a certain handbag, that they have stopped answering the phone number that they have publicly listed. Not unless if you have worked with a SA before you wont have any luck... if you just want to score any hermes just do so online or over the phone with this Wall St location and they are ever so willing to help. My watch had a part that was only available in Hawaii, the SA had it shipped no problem. They do have to verify your information (I can just imagine why). This being said five stars.
