Public Storage

I am now editing my review, my original review was a two star complaint about their prices increasing and no breaks in cost for longevity customers like myself. However due to my review, Public Storage personnel, has reached out to tell me they have reduced my storage price by $69. I must commend them for first reviewing their reviews, their customer service response and for them giving me a direct contact in case any other problems occur with their service. The young lady who reached out to me obviously was will trained in customer service. Thank you, Public Storage and just a reminder the cheaper prices, produce and keep more customers.
