Incredible phone call .... Assuming I spoke with Mr. Cowen whom insisted I pay $129 to have him look at my system before he could price a compressor cleaning and charging. When I told him my AC is working well ... he told me "it will break and then I'll call him" ... at best he's half right because it may break but I'll never call this grumpy negative company.
