Idk if it's the people best buy hired or if it just sucks to work there but all of the two people that were behind the counter looked miserable and like they had no desire to work there anymore. I had stood in line for about 10 min before anyone asked me if I had an appointment which I did. Then upon trying to diagnosis the problem with my MacBook (screen was cracked) I was told it would be cheaper tocget a new laptop "since they don't make my laptops screen anymore" , so he suggested I purchase a hard drive and they'll move everything from my laptop to the hard drive for a nominal fee of 120$. I did it and when I picked up my laptop they just handed me the laptop and the hard drive no explanation of what they did nothing. So today after making a few calls I found out that not only do they did these things at other best buys but my screen is in stock and would cost a couple hundred not nearly the price of a new laptop. So here I am getting duped by the goddamn geek squad. One of my most least pleasurable encounters to day with a y company. ATTENTION BEST BUY EAST NORTHPORT get a new geek squad or stop the whole thing in general. Ridiculous never going back for any repairs or anything, y'all suck. Sincerely Will B.
