The owner Ed and total permits and services used to rip me off every year. I used this company almost for 8 years for my IFTA returns and my single truck registration renewal. Over the years he got greedy and expensive.
To register my truck every year he used FedEx over night services costing me between 200-250$ This year I tried to renew my registration again and he wants to charge me 280$ for services, I asked him why he is using FedEx services when I still have 2 more months before my registration expires where he can send that by regular mail to New York states motor vehicles to receive a bill, He told me that united states post office always looses mail and he needs to use FedEx which makes no sense when you can register your mail for 14$ dollars, when I asked him to do that he told me "I dont want to do business with you anymore and good luck in the future"
What a rip off company DO NOT USE THEM!
