The worse! Had no heat for over a month and it happ to fail in the midst of the 2 coldest days of the year so far. After many complaints from my end w no solution I get home and see a plug in radiator in front of my door. These are a fire hazard and I live in a 1 bedroom apt so where am I going to store this after ward? and am I supposed to wheel this radiator around as I move around? my HOA fees are supposed to cover heat so you would think that I would get a discount for that month since I had no heat for 26 days but NOPE! When I spoke w the PM, Steven he said I had to speak w the board Pres. I asked for her contact info and he gave me the super's info-Why would I want to speak to him? Steven's response that I had to go through the super bc his wife was the Pres of the board. So not only does that sound like a conflict of interest but completely ridiculous. I bought my place a year ago and have made multiple requests to have my name updated on the outside so people would know which buzzer to ring to reach me. You would think something as easy as that would be resolved by now but more than a year living there and my name still isn't updated. 3rd, I have a HUGE crack on my bedroom ceiling, again complained to Steven, he told me to tell the super, the super told me to tell Steven. Does anyone know what they are doing around there? the only thing they do on time is process your HOA payment and tack on late fees if you are even a day late. If you can avoid, save yourself the headache.

Somebody please shut down this management company. They're ruining lives of people over in Riverdale buildings that they manage. What horrible people and managing from them.
