Horrible experience...to start off, I had an appointment with them for feed in braids at 1pm I didn't get seen until at least 3:10pm. I bought the weave after being told which weave to buy. Once my hair was about halfway done the woman who was braiding my hair asked if I wanted it as long as weave was that was down to the floor I said no. She cut my weave straight across then asked me how I wanted my ends and I told her big to small and she said my weave was too thick and wanted another lady to get more weave to fix my ends. By this time I was fed up I said either I take my hair out and come back another time or I'll just bun it up...I should have took it out. My braids do not look like a professional did it at all...my ends are a mess and a joke to say the least. They made me pay full price for this horrible job they did but I didn't complain I just wanted to get out of there. They do not know what they are doing at this shop.
