We hired Sal and Andrew Malguarnera to apply for a Certificate of Occupancy to finish our basement and also to apply for three additional Certificates of Compliance for two sheds and a generator. From day one they held our hand through the entire process making it as painless as possible. Andrew came to our home and showed us exactly what we need to prepare for the permits, etc. They dressed all our questions and concerns and used their expertise for the permit acquisitions. Sal, Andrew and their office staff treated us in a friendly, courteous yet professional manner.
