I never had any Faith in a collision shop due to just I was scared it would never come out the same. . well after my car being hit by a plow in the drivers back corner panel. The whole thing had to be cut and replaced and all that. I tell you these guys RRSTORED my faith in collision shops .That was my first time having 5k worth of work done to any of my cars ever and they made it better than ever. Thank you Jason and all at corbys. You guys rock. Kept me uodated on everything. Sincerely thank you!

Before Reading: This case (#170-50011) was filed in the town of Lima, NY. The trial was held on June 21, 2017 and the judge requested that Corby's Collision repair my vehicle. These repairs were neglected and were also appointed by State Farm in all my supplement statements. The following repairs were: Misaligned Bumper, Bent Radiator Support Arm, Misaligned Hood, Paint Overspray on drivers side windshield frame, Foggy Headlight and Missing replacement sticker paid for by State Farm that is positioned on the radiator support arm. I also had an official DMV field inspector review my case (5RB706990) and vehicle in person on-site and Corby's still attempted to withhold my vehicle even though it was paid for in full and the repairs were appointed by the judge to be DONE BY July 5th. Daryll Corby was still trying to withhold my vehicle until July 5th regardless, but the DMV inspector said "if you're done with the vehicle you have to give it back." He also issued a warning letter regarding their facility#5260051 that stated they "willfully failed to provide quality repairs." The event was also filed as a police report with the Livingston County Sheriff's (LSCO CR#17-12320) The Story Disgusting display of customer service from Daryll Corby himself. Even threatened to kick my ass in front of multiple witnesses (2 of which were employees and the third my father). All this was over the front bumper not aligned correctly with the drivers panel; I kept insisting it was not on correctly as depicted in photographs. The front bumper and drivers side panel were aligned flush the day of my accident (at the time of police report filed) and prior. Condition of this said issue was documented in photographs with timestamps that Daryll said was not a "source of truth" even with it directly in his face. I was also assaulted by his partner in crime Jason Gormel who placed me in a choke hold from behind. After all said and done his employee Bill offered to repair the "missing clip" for the bumper and pay out of his pocket plus come to my house in person to fix this. Seriously…stay away from this place at all costs. It's just not worth your money. I stayed calm with Daryll on the phone expressing my concerns and ended with him insulting me and of course I came immediately to get my car. As a consumer there is no legit reason to treat customers that way by management…WHATSOEVER. We have rights as consumers too and again please find another place to do business with. I'm so completely disgusted and even was forced to my pay my bill in full after being assaulted and insulted.
