Kim's Nail Spa

I had a gel manicure and pedicure with one of the ladies and she was very rough and rushing. I was so disgusted by her service that i contemplated not leaving a tip, which is normally not my style; but feeling bad about it i decided to leave her 3 dollars. This lady had the NERVE to discuss what happened with the other workers which had everyone staring at me like i was a circus clown.. .of course they were not speaking English!! As i started to leave the salon this woman walked over to me & handed me back the $3 & told me she didn't want it & that i should give it to someone else!!!! The woman behind the front desk who appeared to be one of the managers said NOTHING!! I turned to the manager & said "don't you think that was rude?!" She proceeded to tell me that the minimum tip is 15% of the service!!! I ALWAYS tip depending on the service!! I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism!! What if $3 was all i had & i decided to Give it to her?? They have some nerve!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!! TRUST ME!!!!!
