Synergy Fitness Clubs

This gym is open at 5 am on weekdays and 7 am on weekends. It's open every time I am there on time. Has pretty good equipment that you would not find in other franchise gyms. They are currently reupholstering equipment around the gym doing a little bit at a time but that's good to see that they are up keeping the equipment. Bathrooms can use some work. The weights aren't usually re racked which could take time for you serious gym people who are on a schedule. Other then that this is definitely the best gym locally.
