This place is horrible the sales representative Kinza sold me 2 phones under the pretenses that it would be an affordable monthly rate. That was a lie. My first month was 241 for both phones then told me my second month from then on would be 181 dollars with insurance and tax included for my unlimited plan, that wasn't the case at all because my 2nd month was more expensive than the first. When I went to the store concerned about my bill she gave me nothing but attitude then retracted what she told me although she assured me what the plan was when I bought the phones.
Another issue was my 200 American Express gift cards that was promised I would received in 45 days because she and her regional manager had put my information through their systems, come to find out she never put the information in and had me running around for 3 weeks for a confirmation number then finally gave me a fake phone number to reach her "regional manager". I then decided to go to the store to try to clear things up for the umpteen time she gave me nothing but attitude, ignored me, played on her phone and attended to someone she knew instead of helping out an upset costumer. I decided to call headquarters where I gave her the phone to speak to them but all she did was lie on the phone, then told me to leave the store because she doesn't get paid to stay past 8:00! After she mistreated me and raised her voice at me. She's completely unprofessional and doesn't have the ability to resolve conflicts with customers at all, firing her would be doing sprint a favor!
