Alford was great and responsive to all my requests. Got the chair I wanted at the right price. Went home and thought I had problems with the chair not rocking back. Alford immediately asked me to go back to check. Turns out I just needed to loosen the tension. He was great and meet me at my car to explain the function to me. Great seller!!!!
