If you go in person the wait time has not been bad at all. My 2 contacts have been pleasant and extremely helpful. Mr Joseph was top notch in helping me apply for retirement and stayed through completion after seeing an error online that I made. He even contacted Jamaica office to redo the application to my exact needs. The application was accepted and worked out perfectly by MrJoseph. A very patient man. Let's face it these people do not have it easy with some of the people they have to deal with. I am grateful for my 2 times there for their assistance. Go in person forget the call.
