He returned my call very quickly, an appointment was set up to diagnose my oven and within 2 days a brand new oven was delivered and installed seamlessly might I add, all in a holiday week. I highly recommend Marc and would not look elsewhere for any appliance repair or replacement. He is also one of the neatest/cleanest contractors I have ever had in my house.
