Different letter carrier every day on residential delivery, frequent delivery errors, mail can come anytime between 10 am and 6 PM, we can't plan our day. Service lines at the counter frequently out into the lobby. Some of the service people are so cold they should not be in the customer service business. Yet all this meets Post Office service requirements. No wonder the Post Office is an embarrassment to our country. Pathetic, one star is too much.
