Most disappointing experience of a weekend in NYC. Went here for macarons after getting burritos down the street on a Friday afternoon. Got one pistachio macaron and one nutella. Ate the nutella first. I could not taste chocolate or hazelnut. I COULD taste the staleness of being refrigerated too long. An hour later I took a bite of the pistachio one. Same story. Could not taste pistachio but could taste staleness. Filling tasted like vanilla frosting from a can. Threw it away. I also bought a chocolate croissant but I was afraid to taste it after the macaron experience. My 5yo son enjoyed it.
