I told her three times and she finally put another quarter in. I told her again and she ignored me. I tried to take the remaining quarter and she started screaming at me.
I had two baskets, as I have a ton of clothes to wash and she then came over and yanked away one of my carts. She proceeded to curse me out in Spanish to the other worker.
You need friendly employees who LISTEN. Also, for those of us who do our own wash, you need to have more available machines and baskets for us and not just your customers for whom you do wash.
