I have used Walters Travel for more than 20 years. They have been outstanding. The current owner, Christine is the most knowledgeable, professional and caring agent I have ever dealt with. She always searches for the travel you want and assembles the trip to your upmost satisfaction. Chris will always back you against an airline, supplier, hotel and etc., if something goes awry. I did try an online agency and it was a disaster. They bounced me around from supplier to supplier and would not take any responsibility. I learned never do that again. There is nothing like dealing face to face with an agent. Walters travel is the type of agency that you always want to help you with your travel needs.
