Truly the best customer service experience I have ever had, a shining example of being part of a community. As a long time resident of Newburgh, I came out of my home to find my car missing. I discovered some one hit it while parked over night and had totaled the car. It was towed and stored at Papaleo's. Of course, the concern of unexpected costs and managing the bureaucracy was overwhelming. What could have been a nightmare situation, was handled with kindness and support by the staff. Mike was incredibly supportive and I was treated like family. I experienced consistent communication, knowledgeable information, and genuine concern throughout the claim process. It was evident that they were concerned with my well-being and that I be taken care of after this spout of bad luck. I highly recommend Papaleo's to anyone seeking fair and honest service when in need.
