Lowe's Home Improvement

I used to love this store! I maybe even came close to worshiping it but they laid a lot of people off lately due to "cut backs". Now nobody answers the phones, the people there know absolutely zero about products there and the employees would rather stand around talking to other employees then help someone. I think I will just go to a different Lowes and see how that is but I might just go to Home Depot instead.
