DO NOT USE!! The good reviews must be from employees. Very poor customer service. I had to contact the manufacture of my bed for delivery status. My bed was going to be delivered at the end of my driveway and after telling them not to do that and take it up to my house (50 ft from the road), they were going to note as rejected and leave. Luckily there was someone home to stop them. Delivery took weeks longer than what I was initially told. Again, do not use!
