I had a excellent experience here, the sales person was a gentleman beyond belief. The sales person was very helpful threw the whole process. I was able to get his card and info, and returned with proper measurements for the different items purchased from this location. The delivery was a very pleasant experience as well. The gentleman delivering the furniture were very careful with all three (3) items delivered. The delivery men placed all items where they belonged after politely asking us where to place items. Also when it came time for them to leave it seemed almost like the delivery guys did not want to except a tip (which they very much deserved), very nice experience. The whole experience was wonderful. I will be returning to purchase another peace of furniture for my living room. Compared to Bob's furniture this place is countless times better (not that there is anything wrong with Bob's), really over all excellent experience. Raymour and Flanigans stands by their promises and this location at Northern Blvd really deserves your business considerations. Thank you again!
