I was up from New York City visiting family and heard about Yoga for Health and Fitness from a friend. I have been practicing yoga for 5 years and for me the quality of the instruction is the most important factor when chosing a yoga studio. Lucetta is absolutely fabulous. She was able to challenge me and provide an energizing experience while at the same time providing an appropriate level of yoga for the less advanced students in the class.
