CubeSmart Self Storage

There was a string of robberies in your cubesmart storage facility in Brooklyn, NY and the staff including your district manager are all nonchalant regarding this incident. And to add insult to injury, I still had to pay for the month. I was called Dec. 31, New Year's Day to be told my storage was tampered with and couldn't come in until January 2!! No one act like they cared and nothing they could do. Very little compassion. There are sooooo many storage companies and for me to be treated as if I am invaluable does not show good business on CubeSmart Self Storage behalf. I pay my storage on time every month, no problems but this incident which is rather HUGE gets thrown under the rug!
