Adriana the store manager is so RUDE!
I was told by the cashier that I had to get a gift card back even though I paid cash for the item. I asked to speak to manger.
I then spoke to Adriana. She was very rude, and a horrible representative of Abercrombie and Fitch.
I told her I paid cash for the item and want cash back. She laugh at me at said "There is no way that was going to happen". She said it was not her problem that the cashier did an exchange for the exact same item that I just paid cash for. I told her this is not right. She also said it was her store and she can do what ever she wants and she was not going to do a cash refund. I asked her for the corporate number and she said there was none. She then threw a business card at me with the email address. I after picking up the card off the floor I asked for her name. She did not respond. I asked again, again no response. I asked a 3rd time, and she snapped Adriana. All the customer in line were staring at her in disbelief.
I am 53 years old and have never had any experience in any store like this. No customer should ever be treated like this from any store employee, especially not a manager. I will never set foot in any Abercrombie and Fitch store again after the way I was treated by Adriana.
