I was coming home from Rochester when my car sounded like it was locking up when braking. And making a loud scraping sound. I stopped and talked to Kyle, he accommodated me prompty when I called later to set up an appointment. I have been looking for a trustworthy machanic for 3 years and I believe I've found one. I've had a really good experience so far. Very professional and they go above & beyond.
